Tomsk region is developing as an innovative region. However, today in the city of Tomsk and cultural dissonance is present: between the intellectual appearance of Tomsk region and the low culture of the organization domestic public space.

Project activities are aimed at the population of the Tomsk region, and also stipulates that residents will be able to make the project implementers, as they will be involved in the initiation and implementation of creative actions to change the public environment.

The aim of the project is to educate the residents of Tomsk region of communicative and behavioral culture by creating educational and creative media content, which will be implemented through the following objectives:

1. Raising awareness of the population of the Tomsk region to the communicative deficits and behavioral culture in the public space.
2. Creation of educational and creative media - products of the stated problems.
3. Broadcast Media residents - and educational products for formation of communicative and behavioral culture.

For the implementation of the tasks will be carried out the following activities:
creating provocative video clips, web shows, stories and reports of people's correspondents on the cultural / uncultured foci in the Tomsk area;
organizing flash mobs and actions involving volunteers at the stated problems;
attract competent people to the promotion of communication and behavioral culture in the form of a little speech at public events;
organization of Internet competition in a social network, where users are presented with a variety of creative works (slogans, leaflets design, children's drawings), to address the problem;
dialog communication with residents in the Internet space (the national monitoring project activities);
organization "mobile" exhibition of children's drawings on the theme stated in public places;
the formation of public guards from among the volunteers who will help patrol the streets and public places, along with the police, as well as to organize separate raids educational and educational content;
a discussion of people's additions to laws governing public order, and send them through the Youth Parliament in the Legislative Duma of Tomsk region.
As a result of project activities will draw public attention to the problem of the communicative deficits and behavioral culture in public spaces and conditions for the participation of the residents included in the solution of these problems, in law-making, regulating public order. In 2012, Park OHS TSU won the competition the Russian Humanitarian Foundation at the All-Russian scientific-practical conference with international participation "Social and humanitarian youth projects of universities - the local community."

The conference lasted two days and was held at the Tomsk State University on October 25-26, brought together 184 participants from 17 cities of Russia and CIS countries, such as Tomsk, Moscow, St. Petersburg, Kaliningrad, Perm, Yoshkor Ola Ekaterenburg, Novoshakhtinsk, Surgut, Irkutsk, Barnaul, Novosibirsk, Novokuznetsk, Erlangen, Kaiserslautern, Bingen am Rhein (Germany), Pisa (Italy), Athens-Clarke (USA).

Was organized by the Park sociohumanities technology nor the TSU, TSU Department of Psychology, lab technology foresight TPU with the support of the Russian Humanitarian Science Foundation and the Department for Youth Policy, Physical Culture and Sports of the Tomsk region.

The conference was attended by 150 people, which demonstrates the great attention that has shown to the stated theme as an undergraduate, and the local community.

The Conference aimed to demonstrate the importance of social and humanitarian projects and technology university youth in the modernization of the economy and social sphere of the regions.

 The conference discussed the following issues:
the mission of modern universities;
Socio-active universities as a temporary phenomenon;
the role of universities in economic and social development of the regions;
technologization socio-humanitarian activities;
Incubation of social ideas of students;
social entrepreneurship university youth;
the role of universities in the creation of social capital of the community.

"Tomsk student" - an annual Internet competition, held Parc Technologies sociohumanities TSU students of Tomsk.
 
The aim of the competition is to identify students' creative ideas aimed at solving social problems of student Tomsk.

In 2012, the contest was filed 12 applications from students of Tomsk high schools, and in 2013 - more than 20 applications.

The contest was conducted on several fronts:
university student organization comfortable space (campuses, student dormitories, university areas, recreation and educational buildings, etc.);
the creation of student creative fields (film clubs, antikafe, discussion, exhibition grounds);
creating creative student media projects (video transmission, Internet videos interactive nature of university life);
 the creation of new brands and student of Tomsk University (multicultural, tolerant, creative, youth, safe, innovative, democratic city (University).
The contest "Tomsk students' ideas were submitted to address a variety of social problems, such as:
organizing leisure activities of students;
popularization of healthy lifestyle among students;
support young students' families;
the creation of student creative fields;
the organization of the university and the urban space;
Organization support of students with disabilities;
Student organization of educational sites;
the creation of online resources for students.
Applications submitted for the contest were evaluated by the Expert Council of the contest on the following criteria:
fitness for purpose, criteria and directions of the contest;

The "territory of success" - a guide to creative information space for students of Tomsk Region "- winner of youth social projects" The new youth policy "of the Department for Youth Policy, Physical Culture and Sports of the Tomsk region in 2010.

The main principle, which is incorporated in the guide "Equal - equal" aimed at the successful entry of students - freshmen in student life, and to help them in building their educational trajectory.

The project took second place in the regional stage of the All-Russian competition of student works "Crystal Orange", and also won a gold medal at the All-Russian competition of youth social initiatives "World Youth".

The project laid the 3-step support for Information Technology Creative space, through which young people acquire Tomsk landmark in the construction of personal, educational and professional trajectory.
